You can join Slack here! Access to the Slack group in Rome by Let's Meet in Rome! will be your most valuable asset while being in the city. The international community in Rome is growing every day! This Slack group aims to become the biggest community in town for every freelancer, entrepreneur, remote worker, digital nomad, immigrant, and local professional to connect, ask all your questions, join events, and find like-minded people.


Once you’re in, you’ll find more than 15 channels! The reason the community is divided into different channels is to keep each subject organized. This way, it’s easier to find an older post or search for specific information.

Explore the cultural soul of Rome! From museum exhibitions to independent galleries, street art, installations, and cultural events — this is your space to ask, share, and discover what’s happening in the Eternal City’s creative scene.

Got a craving or a food find to share? This channel is for discovering hidden trattorias, favorite local bakeries, where to buy your go-to ingredients, or tips for Roman specialties. Come for the carbonara, stay for the community recs.

All things health & wellness in Rome. Ask about doctors, therapists, mental health support, dentists, tattoo studios, beauty salons, healthy groceries, vitamins, and more. Posts should be in English — Italian translations are welcome in threads.

From day trips around Lazio to full-on road adventures across Italy, this is the go-to channel for sharing routes, hikes, hidden nature spots, and outdoor ideas. Let's hit the trails together.
